    I have just installed Mailpoet, my e-mail address has been authorised, I have received an email to say my account has been authorised and my verification key is valid. However when I try to send a newsletter I am still getting the message ‘You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.’
    How can I fix this please?

    Hi @justjenny19 ????!

    I can confirm your subscription has been approved already.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.

    If it doesn’t help, please go to the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab and change the sending method temporarily to “Other” and then back to the “MailPoet Sending Service”.

    You can also try clearing your browser’s cache.
