Unable to Send Emails

Hi. I recently meet with your great plugin. It’s exactly what i need. but there is a problem: I use Mailgun STMP server for sending emails like account verification, password reset and etc. but when i tested sending these email for those who use ultimate member registration form, not succeeded in receiving emails, please help me, thank you.
