Unable to send emails

  • Hello,

    I am using the plugin on my website and I have configured it as below

    From Email : [email protected]
    From Name : Company Name
    Mailer : Send all WordPress emails via SMTP.
    Return Path : Set the return-path to match the From Email

    SMTP Options

    SMTP Host : smtp.gmail.com
    SMTP Port : 465
    Encryption : Use SSL encryption.
    Authentication – Yes: Use SMTP authentication.
    Username : [email protected]
    Password : password

    Now when I try to send a test email, the page reloads and nothing happens, It just goes blank and I do not get the test results either.

    Please help.

  • I had a very similar issue.
    But, I would get test results when I sent a test email. However, even when the test email was successful, the forms on the website would fail.
    I switched SMTP plugins. Issue resolved.

    Can you plz suggest me what plugin I can use.
    I can’t send mail through my wordpress site.
    It’s very urgent to me.
