Unable to send email to office 365 email id

Hello,

Am using elementor pro and using elementor form as above url. Client is using office 365 email service for iclickpharmacy.co.uk, want to send email form contact form to [email protected] but it’s not receiving, have tried some smtp plugin but still unable to receive email.
