    After designing the email, I click “next”.

    Oh, that’s really odd. Does it happen with just one email or with anyone you create?

    Could you please try to reinstall MailPoet via FTP as explained here to see if it helps?

    If that doesn’t fix the issue, it could be a memory issue too. Can you please review this tutorial by our WooCommerce.com friends
