My server has openssl enabled and I tried the link, neither helped.

Go to your server php.ini.
Find ;extension=php_openssl.dll

Uncomment extension=php_openssl.dll.

After that save it and re-start your server.

This is the reply I got back from my hosting provider.

This does not apply to your server. A dll is a dynamic link library and is implemented for Microsoft windows operating systems. Your server is running Centos and that is a linux operating system.

The openssl module has been enabled by default already:

is there a log or something I can look at to see the issue? I have openssl enabled so I don’t know what the issue is…
