    Hi @divan-web-devine,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    We have checked this issue at our end and the results were positive. The screenshot is attached for reference.

    We suspect the issue might be due to some JavaScript errors on the Gallery items page. Can you please check is there any JavaScript error being logged in the browser console when you go to the Gallery items page?

    You can refer to?this?documentation on how to check for JavaScript errors.

    Hope this helps you. Let us know what comes out in your testing or if you have any further queries.

    Thank you.

    Hi @shubhanshukandani,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    The following JS errors are seen in the browser console:
    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT
    sweetalert2.min.js:1
    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT
    email-subscribers-admin.js:1
    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT
    mithril.min.js:1
    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT
    main.js:1
    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT
    jquery.timepicker.js:1
    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT
    select2.min.js:1

    Not sure whether this can be solved with a JS conflict plugin?

    Hi @divan-web-devine,

    Hope you’re doing well. Thanks for your patience and support.

    We have found that this issue is usually caused by a conflict between a browser extension and a website. Try opening the site in incognito or disable all browser extensions, then open the dashboard > Plugin > Gallery and check the issue.

    Let me know how it goes on your end

    Thanks!
