    I understand that you are experiencing issues submitting a support request directly via WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support, is that correct?

    Could you please try using a different browser and see if the support request is submitted successfully?

    I have used multiple different browsers.

    I am convinced it is your login process that creates this types of issues. As I have a couple of different accounts, and I use specific browsers for each account.

    Anyway I will try again today, in the meantime I have used an old ticket email and sent directly, hopefully someone will pick that up.

    To clarify, does this occur with all accounts or only a specific account?

    I understand that you have used an old ticket to reach out, however, I would like to see if this is something I am able to replicate on my end and hopefully resolve on your end.

    Please can you specify which option you are selecting when creating a ticket, so that I can try and replicate this on my end:
