Unable to select product variation

By default the plugin only allows to set variations as give away. There is no option to set the parent product as giveaway in the plugin, yet you mentioned that you did so.

Could you please check and confirm that you are using the Smart Coupons For WooCommerce Coupons by WebToffee. Also share us a sample product page URL and coupon from your site so that we can test it.

Hi. thanks for the reply. i can confirm that i use Smart Coupons For WooCommerce Coupons by WebToffee Free version. And yes, i can set the parent product as giveaway in the plugin but unable to use it in the frontend. Can you assist? or is this only for premium version?

Assuming that you are using the BOGO coupon type, it should be working correctly. Kindly share the site URL so that we can check for any theme conflict issues. Also, share the coupon code for a sample product so that we can test it.

I’m having a very similar issue. I can’t send you a link as it’s a local site currently but here is a short GIF (on jumpshare) showing the issue – https://jmp.sh/YCIvS7oM

The site here only has your Smart coupon plugin running and woocommerce. I’m using the BOGO option and if any product is added I want to be able to choose a variable product but the variation dropdown doesn’t appear to be changing. If you manually edit the ‘variation_id’ input it will add the correct one.

I’m not getting any errors or anything like that.

Update on the above: Totally my fault… I’m using Understrap child theme and updated the selects to include ‘form-control’ etc in the class name and overrode your class names. Fixed my code now and its working perfectly fine!
