Unable to select payment method

For the past 3 days, customers are unable to purchase an item due to the inability to select the payment method on the checkout page. The payment selection section is blocked by a fine thin white rectangular screen that only blocks that payment selection not the fillout forms above.

Please tell what is the source of the issue and the eventual solution.
