    Unable to select gift card template on front end. Clicking a template option does nothing. Unable to proceed to Personalise, payment and overview.
    I am running:
    Gift Vouchers Version 3.1.5
    Wordpress version 5.0–en_AU
    WooCommerce Version 3.5.2

    Hello @vectoretchwp,

    I just visited you website page and found that you have set background color white in our plugin settings page. That is why you aren’t seeing the selected template and next step button.

    Try to change the background color to any other in plugin settings. It will resolve this issue.

    Thanks for your help. That was a quick easy fix, thankyou.

    Just got another little issue. I did a couple of test orders and the voucher value seems to be double the amount paid. Eg. I bought a $6 voucher, and when I go to use it through my WooCommerce store it gives a $12 discount.
    The PDF voucher shows $6, along with the item shown in the ‘Purchased Voucher Codes’ but when I use the code on checkout it gives a $12 discount.
    I also tried buying a $1 voucher and it gave a $2 discount.

    Yes, we find this issue and we have fixed this issue in our new update.

    Hope, we will release our new update today. Then you can update and that that issue will resolve.

    Thankyou for your help. That issue looks to be resolved now.

    I do have one more issue I’m sorry. I did have Stripe payments setup but it looks like maybe you have removed that option in the new update, I cant see the configuration options for Stripe anymore? I’d love to get it back if possible? But also, even with it removed, the customer still has the option to purchase using Stripe but it ends up failing and sending them to the following page – which shows up as a 404 error:

    Thankyou, that is very kind. I will probably get the pro version, I just want to give the free version a try first to make sure it fits my needs.
    I am ok with stripe being removed from the free version, but you can see when you buy a gift card from my website, that stripe is still available for the customer to choose but it doesn’t work. Can this be removed so the customer can not choose it?

    Thanks again for your ongoing support. And thanks for adding Stripe back in to the free version!
    I’ve done some test purchases and paying via Paypal seems to work great, but paying via Stripe doesn’t work. I have double checked the API keys are correct and I also have Stripe on my WooCommerce checkout which works just fine using the same keys. Is there something else that might be wrong?
    If you aren’t sure, don’t worry. I will just disable Stripe and use Paypal only ??

    Hello @vectoretchwp,

    I checked your website and It seems like Stripe method flow is working fine because there is no error in console I can see.
    Can you try with test keys, if with test keys payment is working fine then I guess the issue is in the keys.

    I also see some css issue, So I am giving you css code for our voucher form. Please copy this code and paste in the plugin settings > custom css tab. So these small css issue will resolve:

    #voucher-multistep-form.wizard>.steps>ul>li, #voucher-multistep-form.wizard>.content>.body input[type=”checkbox”] {
    margin: 0;
    }

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
