Unable to select all orders

I’m unable to reproduce this on my end with the latest version of WooCommerce. It’s possible that there may be a theme/plugin conflict causing the issue on your end.

You can run through a conflict test to check if this is the case. The best way to determine this is to temporarily switch your theme to?Storefront?and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.

If that makes no difference, please can you share the following here:

• System Status: which you can find via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?“Get system report”?and then?“Copy for support”.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
• Console errors: check the browser console for any errors that may be displayed on the WooCommerce > Orders page.

Thanks for sharing additional information.

First, please update your WooCommerce database to the latest version to start troubleshooting this issue. To do so, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

• Update database?– Update
• Verify base database tables?– Verify
• WooCommerce transients – Clear
• Expired transients – Clear
• Clear template cache – Clear
• Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
• Clear customer sessions -Clear
• Product lookup tables – Regenerate
• Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

The PHP Post Max Size should be increased from 64 MB to 2 GB and the PHP Time Limit from 300 to 1200 for better performance.

Once the above adjustments are done, please clear your browser and site cache and then check again. If the issue persists, try running a full conflict test.

However when you click view updates, It’s saying there are no updates and we’re already on the current release.

Also, did you get a chance to run the conflict test yet? If you did, we’d love to see the results. If not, could you please take a moment to do so?

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
