Unable to see website on Dashboard

1. Logging in to wordpress via https://wordpress.com/domains/manage shows that i DO NOT have any domains. Also under purchases, it says that ‘You no longer have access to this site and its purchases.’ However, the annual fee was just deducted from my account.
2. Logging in to wordpress using my account details to (corinternal.online/wp-admin/index.php) shows i still can access the entries. Also my credit card shows that the annual fee of 450SGD has also just been deducted.

I have been desperately trying to contact someone for a teleconvo troubleshoot or something but to no avail for the past 2 months.
