• After the upgrade to Yosemite on my mac I’am unable to see the posts on localhost.
I have upgraded MAMP to the latest version. I am able to connect to localhost.
I see my web site but the posts and articles are not visible. However if try to modify them, the entire content is available.
WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE IT WORK?

  • This is just a shot in the dark, but have you tried re-saving your permalinks, and/or reactivating the theme?

Yes I did and It didn’t work. It doesn’t even work with new articles.
Categories, title and everything work but the content is not visible.
Why has this happened after Yosemite upgrade?

A quick way to troubleshoot is install another WP site into MAMP and see if the contents are visible. No sense trying to fix the current one if a fresh install won’t work. Give that a try.

That said, I had no issues after upgrading my Mac Mini and MacBook Pro to Yosemite.

I am afraid I loose my contents.
I am quite sure there is something wrong with the setting of the articles…..Is it possible some setting has changed to a sort of “…show just the title….”?
If this is an option where can I change back those kind of settings?

I am afraid I loose my contents.

No need to worry about that ??

By adding another site, you are in no way affecting the first one. You can have as many sites in MAMP as your hard drive has room for; that is the only limitation.
