Unable to see the plugin- thus unable to bulk compression

    Hi,
    I have downloaded the plugin nd even activated it. However, it has not appeared on my dashboard under the plugins. So I am not able to go to it.
    So every time I have to compress an image I have to do it individually and cannot do bulk compression. Please help.

    I hope you are doing good today.

    It sounds like some admin permission issue. Could you make a full site backup and later on, make a full plugin conflict test:
    Please deactivate all plugins except Smush one and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.
