Unable to see the download prompt

    Hi,
    I like your plugin and I was able to convert my website into an app. However, when my friends go to my website, they don’t see the option to download the website to their phone.
    Thank you!

    Good day to you. When I looked into your website I noticed that the images you have used for both “Application Icon” and “Splash Screen Icon” are of different sizes than what we have mentioned. As for SuperPWA to show the “Add to Homescreen” prompt, the size of both Application Icon and Splash Screen should be 192*192px and 512*512px respectively. Hope you will reupload the Icons based on the sizes mentioned above and try it out again.

    I just used 2 photos of size 192×192 and 512×512 respectively and delete the cache. However, I don’t see the prompt to download the app.

    SuperPWA is perfectly working now and the add to Homescreen prompt is showing well.

    I just asked a friend to try with Google chrome and clear the history if he does not see the prompt to download it. I am waiting for his response. A quick question, how do people get notifications when something is posted?

    Good to know that. Did your friend noticed the add to Homescreen. If you have an Android device with chrome browser you can easily notice the prompt. If you are using an iPhone the prompt won’t be shown by the iOS.

    As for sending push notification, our plugin is fully compatible with OneSinal. You can checkout OneSignal for more details to send push notification and how it works.
