Unable to see redirect form in WordPress

When I go into the plugin to create redirects, I cannot see the form. There is a white box at the top so I can see the first option with the radio buttons, but after that, it’s translucent and the text is black. If I scroll up, and put the options in front of the white box, I can see it. This does not make the form unworkable, but it is an inconvenience.
