    Hi, we just bought the WooCommerce Moodle Integration plug-in, and have activated it using the license key given. However, it does not seem to have properly installed: we are unable to see “Moodle” menu on the WordPress dashboard, and when we go into the Edwiser Bridge -> Settings -> Syncronization, the screen is blank.

    We are running the latest versions of WP (4.2.2), WooCommerce (2.3.13) and Moodle (2.9), and I confirmed that the plugin is listed and active in the plugins page. I have configured everything else in Moodle and WooCommerce as per the instructions. So I really don’t understand why I can’t see the Moodle menu in WP, and my Syncronization screen is blank? Help please.

    If I deactivate the WooCommerce Moodle Integration plug-in, the sync options in the Edwiser Bridge settings reappear, and it displays a success message when executed, but the table does not get populated in WP. I have enabled the Moodle token, etc.

    There was a problem in PHP version compatibility, we have resolved it and given a update to make it compatible with PHP version 5.2 and above.
