I am unable to see the list of postings on the backend so that I can approve or disapprove them. The listings work fine on the front end. When I click on “Job Listings” in the dashboard, it goes straight to the settings page (where there are three tabs: Listings, Submissions, Pages). But I can’t see the list of job posts. I am running Twenty Thirteen and just updated it.

    Thanks!

Hmm, are you an admin on your site?

Do you have any user role plugins that might be messing with permissions and capabilities on your site?

Maybe just paste all your plugins here so I can check?

    Let me know, thanks! ??

I am the admin on the site but I do have some user role plug-ins.

This is my active plug in list:
    Aksimet
    Auto Excerpt Everywhere
    Byline
    Co-Authors Plus
    Contact Form 7
    Google Analytics Dashboard for WP
    Jetpack
    List category posts
    NextScripts: Social Networks Autoposter
    Pixabay Images
    Polldaddy
    StarBox
    W3 Total Cache
    UpdraftPlus
    WP Job Manager
    WP User Avatar

Thank you so much for your impressively fast response.

Alternatively, if there is a direct URL I can go to that would work as well. It just seems like when I click on the “Job Listings” menu, it points to the “settings” URL. Thank you!

Hi there. Any new thoughts on my problem of not being able to see and manage the job listings on my dashboard?

Alternatively, if I delete and reinstall, will I lose all of the existing listings? I haven’t tried that yet because I don’t want to lose the existing listings.

    Thank you!

    The direct url would be:
    …/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=job_listing

If that doesn’t work, it’s possible that there might be a plugin conflict. Try disabling all of your plugins except WPJM. Try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, try enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test. Let us know if that helps.

If you delete and reinstall, you won’t lose your listings, they will remain in the database.
