I don’t know why my images are showing up for the circles gallery.

I followed the tutorial, but every time I change the text from “[gallery ids="12,15,16"]” to”[circles_gallery ids=”12,15,16″] the images don’t show up in the circle.

I’m thinking it might be either the theme I am using (SKT Full Width) or I should continue to play around with the settings.

    Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. I have tried all different types of settings and the images will not show up.

    Here is the code:
    [circles_gallery link=”none” columns=”4″ ids=”174,172,171,170″]

Here is the page it is on (you will see the circles on the page towards the bottom where I am testing.

It could depend by a misconfiguration of the cache folder. When this directory is not writable the plugin shows an alert, have you seen it?

Could you check if the cache folder (inside the circles-gallery folder) is writable? You can check it with a ftp client.

    I have tried the follwoing

Create a gallery with existing pictures in the media file…they show up until you add circles_ in front of the shortcode. Then the pictures dusappeared.

I have checked the file permissions for the cache folder…they are fine.

I tried creating a new gallery again this time by uploading the pictures again just for the gallery (instead of the media files). pictures showed up fine on the page till you add the cicles_ in front of the shortcode. Then pictures disappear.

I’m having the same problem at https://www.learningamongtheoaks.org/?page_id=3858
Gallery is fine until I add [circles_gallery ids=”3836,3833,3830,3819,3814,3810,3802,3798,3790″] in the text window and then images disappear. Please help. Thanks.

Hi bevglato, I cannot see the page, it shows just a form.

    Here’s the test page:https://www.learningamongtheoaks.org/?page_id=3858
(It’s just a test page. I published it so you should be able to see it now. Not much to see though since only the code appears instead of the images even though this was done in the text window.
I love this plug-in and hope you can help me figure out the problem. Thanks!

I’m having a similar problem. My site is in multisite and using the Divi theme.

I’ve put a standard gallery and a circles gallery in the page for contrast.

    [gallery ids="1954,1959,1958,1957"]

    [circles_gallery ids=”1954,1959,1958,1957″]

Hi, please try to update to latest version 1.0.6.

I am having the same issue as everyone, and can confirm I have latest version 1.0.6.

    desperately need this to work!

P.S: I am rather new to all the technical jargon so with any advice please explain each step and file and which directory you are talking about.

    Many thanks

can you please forward link to download the older version again?

    Hi Emma,

could you please send me the url of the page with the gallery?

The load circle keeps on rotating, used to work just fine, also since the upgrade I can’t view images in the media library I can only upload.

    The code used is:

    [circles_gallery click_action=”attachment_page” ids=”400,576,457,952,401,725,684,811,781,873,831,398,1055,1103,1107,692,807,825,800,1063,753,1148,1117,818,1110,728,623,397″]

if we can correspond by email to resolve this would be great my email is [email protected]
