    Hi,

I see your event; are you still having issues?

    > I get OAuth token: No valid OAuth token when i enter in API Key. It test’s fine on the site and it was copied directly from the app page.

The XXXXXXXXXXXXXX would need to be replaced by your OAuth token (under Your personal OAuth token in Account Settings > App Management). That’s different from your API key (and yes, ridiculously confusing).

    Hi,

You can see it now, but only because I copied the the ‘Ticket Widget’ code from the Eventbrite Event and pasted it into the page. I’m using Divi Theme by the way, I did not mention that earlier. I did try to swap themes to the 2016 default theme and it still did not work.

This current method will suffice for the time-being. But I was unable to get the plugin to work properly. Could it be a time issue where it needs time to process or should it happen immediately? I also noticed that the plugin is not compatible with 4.5 at least when I tried it, i noticed it was recently updated; could this have been the reason?

The plugin uses a 24hr cache to avoid hitting the API every time, but if setup is done in the order of the docs, it should still work right away. We also have a plugin to reduce that cache to one hour.

The theme shouldn’t matter, as long as its markup is based on reasonable best practices (the plugin itself is built against Underscores). Even wildly incompatible theme markup can usually see something on the screen (and yes, switching to a default theme, which are supported in the plugin itself, should show the events).

Yes, the plugin is compatible with 4.5, we still have to update that reference.

Can you tell us what goes wrong, or what error you get (if any)? Is there a page with the events template you could make public, so we can take a look?

Hi JCaternolo, any update on this?

Closing; just open a new thread if you’re still having issues.
