Unable to see entries

  • Hi everytime i click to view entry, I am being asked to upgrade to the Pro feature. Even the email I receive does not the content of what was submitted via forms. Is it true that i cannot view the entries unless i upgrade?

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry for any confusion.

    If you decide at any point to upgrade to our paid version, you will be able to store and view future entries in your website. However, WPForms Lite form submissions are not stored in WordPress and only exist in the notification emails that are sent.

    In case it helps, you can learn more about form notification emails, here’s our tutorial with all the details: https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/. In Lite, you’re able to set up one notification email — however, you can send this one notification to as many different email addresses as you’d like.
