Thanks for sharing the status report. I don’t see anything off based on status report that would prevent automated taxes. I see you mentioned this:

Installed & connected Jetpack but I haven’t seen the complete setup.

Does that mean you have not fully completed the Jetpack setup? If so, then please complete the Jetpack setup (as in the Jetpack extension should be connected to your WordPress.com account). Do let us know if that works.

THe Jetpack is completed set up at my end. But the dashboard banner is different from what you showed on the blog. I am still unable to see “enable automated tax”.

A couple more things to check:

1. Look under WooCommerce > Settings > General. Do you have taxes enabled there? Like so: https://d.pr/i/xLPIdR/EeLOpoow9f

2. Are you in the USA, Canada, Australia, or the European Union? If not, WooCommerce Services won’t work for you yet.

2. I am located in US, web host in US but I registered the Woocommerce store in China due to company registration and the products are from Asian. If this is the problem, I’d change the WooCemmerce store address in USA. Does this online registration apply to my situation?

Indeed, the store needs to be located in US or in one of the countries where the WooCommerce Services extension supports automated taxes. China is not currently supported for automated tax calculations, you can see a complete list of supported countries mentioned here: https://woocommerce.com/products/tax/

Please try changing the store’s address (set under WooCommerce > Settings > General) to a US address, and then check if you get the automated taxes option.
