Unable to see Bidder details in Live auction just get ID:59

    In the dasboard Auctions/Auctions/User Auctions/Live Auctions under Bidder column we are only seeing an ID number for the user who is bidding and the number is the same for all bidds which we know is not correct?
    We used to get the bidder details when mouse over this field.

    We have reviewed your query. Based on our understanding, you are referring to a functionality where clicking on the bidder’s name would display their email address under the “Manage Auctions -> Live Auctions” menu. This feature used to work in the past but is currently not functioning.
