Unable to scroll my website on android chrome and safari

  • As mention in my title, I am using wordpress, bought a theme and the support team is not able to assist me without the FTP access.

    URL: Swagger | Just another WordPress site
    Mobile: Android 4.4.2
    Chrome: version 39.0.2171.93
    Safari: star safari version 1.1

    I am not able to scroll only on the above browser, other browser like firefox and default internet explorer on mobile have no such issue.
    In fact the older version of chrome have no such issue too,

    If anyone could give me a hint where might the problem lies at or any help at all, would be great.
    I have been struggling with this for awhile now.

    I am unsure if I am posting at the right thread, if I am not please help me to move this to the correct one.

    This doesn’t seem to be an issue when using the demo version of the theme, so it’s possibly a conflict with an active plugin or due to some configuration setting of the theme.

    Deactivate all plugins and see if the issue persists. If not, it’s a plugin conflict – re-activating each plugin one by one until the issue returns will help determine which plugin is the cause. You can then choose to remove, replace or update this plugin.

    If it’s not related to an active plugin, you may need to contact the theme author directly for support.
