    Wordpress: v4.9.6
    WordFence: 7.1.7
    PHP: 7.2.6-1+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1 (cli) (built: Jun 11 2018 15:00:28) ( NTS )
    Current maximum memory configured in php.ini: 512M
    NGINX: v1.14.0

    Error When Scanning : Scan Failed
    The scan has failed to start. This is often because the site either cannot make outbound requests or is blocked from connecting to itself. Click here for steps you can try.

    Remote scan = fails too.

    Time limit that a scan can run in seconds = 3000
    Memory size in megabytes = 512MB
    Maximum execution time for each scan stage = 5000

    After 2 mins i get
    Hello, having troubles with VM 00241212-72f4-43bd-8df6-9977b7fe42ab cant reboot it or restore a backup? cant access console?

    No other errors in diag.

    May I know what do you get under “Connectivity” section in (Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics)?
