    After installing the plugin I am not able to save the URL from the SalesIQ installation tab after pasting it into the text box. This is not specific to the site because the plugin is not working on any site. If I need to update the URL I have to edit from the database directly.

    Since there is very little need to update this plugin after it’s initial setup it is unclear when the plugin stop working.

    I realized this issue was caused by using the restrict websites can load your SalesIQ code. If you enable this feature then you must add the full URL to the configuration in the SalesIQ settings.

    I will also note that although my URL was saved you must check to make sure it is not cut-off/shorten or otherwise truncated. My URL was truncated by the plugin and I had to add the full URL to the database table directly.

    I searched and found the setting on the wp_options table under ‘ldwidgetcodeurl’, I hope this helps anyone with the same issue.

    We understand you enabled the option “Restrict this code to be used in multiple websites” inside the SalesIQ Brand settings and did not enter your Website URL, which caused the issue. So, just by entering your main Website URL page, the chat widget is now loading on all the pages of your Website.
