Unable to save updates after upgrade to v5.2.1

After installing the latest version of iThemes (v5.2.1) yesterday, I’m now unable to save any updates to various settings on the plugin.
For example: I added two IP address to our Banned Users list – neither are saved, even after repeated attempts.
Example #2: On Global Settings I adjusted “Lockout Period” to 360 minutes (from 180)- again, my new entry won’t be saved.
Additional strange behaviour: after click the Save All Changes button in both examples above (on the relevant settings panel), the browser spins for a couple seconds, acts as if it’s doing a normal save (no errors are displayed) – yet I’m mysteriously returned to viewing the website’s homepage (with the WP toolbar still shown).
Normally, saving security settings simply returns me to iThemes Security – Settings window, which is what I expect.
What’s up? Any suggestions? Is there a breakage in v5.2.1 in the save settings code?
