• Hi.
I have your plugin working and protecting my site (which is under attack 24/7).
Today I was trying to change the address of my Siteorigins Google Map widget.
As soon as I add the new address and click on save, the address box becomes automatically empty.
I checked this in my mirror site (which is a 1:1 copy, but it runs without your plugin) and the new address was set and saved with no issues whatsoever.

I was wondering if there may be a particular setting in your plugin which could be unabling this change to be made, although under my Firewall settings I have the “Ignore administrators” option enabled (green).

I know I could disable the whole plugin and make the change, but as I said, the site is constantly being under attack and I just can’t run the risk to disable your plugin for even a second.

    I’ll wait for your comments.
    Thanks

To verify that this is Shield causing the problem, yes, you’ll need to disable it and re-run the test to see if the problem still occurs. If turning on Shield makes the problem the return, you’ll have to narrow down the cause – start by looking at the audit trail and see if it’s blocking something. Failing that, you’ll need to follow the outline laid out here to isolate the problem if it’s a plugin conflict:

    Thanks!
