Unable to save select field options

I am currently using version 5.5.8 of the plugin. When I update the plugin to the newest version, the selected field does not save the selected value. Additionally, when I refresh the page, the selected field becomes empty.

I also noticed that after creating a field and then removing it, when I update the plugin, the removed field reappears in checkout page. I’m not sure how to remove it permanently.
