• I rolled back to 4.3 and was able to save rules again – just wanted to let you know there’s an issue with the latest update.

    hi @luclearmedia

Could you visit >WooCommerce>Status>Logs and review “fatal-error-xxx” for today ?

Please, check webserver logs too .

Probably, you should deactivate and activate plugin in >Plugins>Installed ?

    thanks, Alex

Sorry for the delay. I tried updating to the latest version but am still having the same issue today, so had to roll back to 4.3 again.

No Woocommerce Fatal Errors, but the server recorded these:

No error is given in the dashboard when saving – so not sure if the new version fails to create the column “condition_message”, and only attempts to insert into the column?

Hopefully this is helpful in resolving the issue. Let me know if you need any other information.

    Thanks,

    Luke

    hi Luke

We added new field in this version, and the plugin should create this field when you deactivate/activate plugin in >Plugins>Installed

    Hello, @luclearmedia!

Please, try to delete the plugin with all the data, and install it again using these steps:

    1) Export all the existing rules and the settings using Pricing rules>Tools>Export settings: https://docs.algolplus.com/algol_pricing/export-settings/

Note: to export/import all your settings, please, choose “Options” value of the drop-down above the export/import textbox:?https://snipboard.io/TihtEa.jpg

    2) Enable the option Pricing rules>Settings>System>Remove all data on uninstall

    3) Visit the Plugin tab, disable and delete all the Advanced dynamic pricing plugins (in case if you have some copies).

    4) Install the plugin again: ?https://docs.algolplus.com/algol_pricing/getting-started/#installation

    5) Try to create a new rule and save it.

    6) If it saves, then import your rules and options using Pricing rules>Tools>Import settings tool. https://docs.algolplus.com/algol_pricing/import-settings/

    7) If it doesn’t help, please, submit a new ticket to our helpdesk.
