    We have created store for Ireland, plugin installed and connected with ebay but unable to save profile. Getting select country error. we are not getting any country in dropdown in location and taxes on add new profile page.

    We are also unable to select ebay categories and custom categories created in ebay.

    Please suggest us how can we save profile and categories of ebay and custom categories created in store.

    We have done all debug from tools section like :
    Test connection to eBay API

    Test if your server regards the PHP max_execution_time setting
    This action is supposed to run for -1 seconds. If you get a timeout error before this time has passed, you need to contact your server admin.

    Check eBay time to server time offset

    Check availability of CURL php extension and show phpinfo()

    Get token expiration date

    Sorry for the delay, I was on a trip but now I’m back.

    The issue of not being able to save the profile because the list of countries and other options are empty would actually be fixed if the “update ebay data” button at WP-Lister -> Tools would work as it should. So let’s focus on why it doesn’t…

    The data you pasted into our latest reply isn’t really helpful – it’s the JSON data that should be sent, and there is nothing in it that would indicate any error. Are you sure you copied and pasted everything in the box?

    I’d suggest you contact me via the contact form on wplab.com and provide login details to your site. I need to be able to reproduce this issue myself in order to investigate and fix whatever is wrong with the process of updating eBay data (which works perfectly well on my local site and a huge number of other sites).

    The issue of of missing setup instructions (which leads to the problem that you need to manually visit the tools page and click the “update ebay data” button) has been fixed in the latest version 1.4.6.

    But I fear this won’t solve the issue that exploresystems has – which is unrelated and probably caused by another plugin.
