I’m using the wordpress custom menu feature to (obviously) create menus. However, I’m unable to save any menus that I create if I try to insert links – the “save menu” button doesn’t appear! I’ve taken a screen shot of the problem which you can find below:

(I realise now that blacking out the info relating to my blog was a bit pointless as I had to upload a picture!)

I’d really appreciate any advice you could give me relating to this.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    – increasing the memory available to PHP?

Thanks for that – really appreciate the response. It was the cforms plugin that was causing the problem. Deactivated it and now custom forms is back to normal.
