Unable to save form changes in WordPress 5.5

  • I am unable to save changes to the email recipients for all my forms. I notice that a similar save problem has been reported by other people,

    My site in on WP 5.5, and I’ve just updated to CF 1.9.3 (released yesterday) but this does not fix the problem.

    Are you going to fix this soon?

    I’ve been looking at what changed around the time the problem arose – and the hosting company moved to PHP 7.3 as the default version. So I forced the site to go back to PHP 7.2, and changes to the forms started saving again without problems!

    I don’t yet know what caused to problem in CF by moving to 7.3, but I’ll be setting up a local copy on my laptop to investigate.

    At least I’ve got over the problem on the live site!

    I have the same Problem but thought it was a JavaScript issue, I will try out to change the PHP Version.
    It would be great if you could investigate more.
