Unable to save changes to forms

    We recently added a redirect to a new page but for some reason it is not taking.

    Any help would be great.

  • I’m also have issues updating or creating forms. When I click on “Save” I get a 3 dot animation showing it’s loading but it does not go any further than that.

    This was happening on the version before so I updated to version 3.1.1 and it is still happening.

    Do you forms submit properly on the front-end of your sites?

    When you say that the redirect is not taking, do you mean the changes aren’t reflected in the builder when you reload it or that the redirect is correct in the builder, but the form does not redirect?
