Unable to save addresses

When you attempt to add new addresses, does the “Add Address” button show the address fields?

Yes, it does. I enter all the address information and click Update. I’ve tried for both people and organizations, same result.

Ok, it sounds like perhaps the database update to support the street address line 4, district and county fields was not applied to your site. This would cause the database insert to fail. I can help with this, but I”lol need you to open a new support ticket on our support forums.
