Unable to ‘Save’

  • Hi,

    I am currently using Nirvana from Cryout Creations as the theme for this site. I’ve not had this problem in the past, but lately when we place a copy of an image into the text box, or even trying to place a photo module, I see saving on the right hand corner of the webpage, and the ‘saving’ does not stop.

    It keeps ‘saving’ but what I did was to click on done which sort of hangs the whole process. I then click on the the reload button for the webpage and than it looks like the save is done. Publishing works fine though.

    Initially I had a disk quota problem which I felt would have contributed to the issue, but after creating space on the hosting disk, the issue of ‘saving’ is still there.

    The ‘saving’ is only done if I hit page reload.

    Could it be a theme compatibility issue?

    I have changed the wp-config.php as per your recommendation in a similar problem from an earlier thread. Still not working.

    I appreciate your kind help in this matter.

    Hey @hesterfu,

    Apologies for the delayed response here. We are handling the original poster’s issue via email.

    Your issue may be a totally different one since your sites are sitting on different environments(different server, plugins, content, etc.).

    Do you think you can create a new ticket describing your issues and we’ll take it from there? ??
