unable to run update

  • Hi hope you can help please I have attempted to update my Contact Form DB plugin by using the plugin.

    I get update failed.

    I note that it is suggested that this could be becuase my host is using PHP4.0 I am using
    PHP Version 5.4.45
    as showing by entering eac.eu.com/phpinfo.php and generating an detailed output.

    Can you please help me install the update successfully.

    I suggest to simply uninstall the plugin then reinstall it. You should be OK with PHP 4

    Thanks for trying to help I un-installed the plugin and went to reinstall and got this error message:-

    Download failed. Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

    I don’t know. It seems like something is misconfigured on your site. Is this the only plugin affected?
