Unable to write Hindi in URL

    There are 2 problems I am facing.

    1) When I change Display homepage to the Static home page which is in Hindi all pages show https://hindi.rashi.me/?-??????-??????/

    2) After creating posts in Hindi font URL I am unable to navigate to an individual post. On every page, it shows me all the posts.
