Unable to retrieve USPS shipping rates

Hi,

USPS shipping option is not showing on the cart and checkout page, When I checked the error log I can see the below errors. I believe Woocommerce USPS API is broken cloud you please fix this asap. I have contacted you via woocommerce tickets and also the slack community I am not getting any reply from your side yet. Due to this issue, we are losing customers now.
