    This means the connection between your web server and Google’s server is taking an unusually long time. The Google Forms plugin utilizes the WordPress HTTP API to retrieve the HTML for your form from Google. It is pretty simple – a request is made and if it doesn’t come back, eventually it will timeout.

    The question is why is your server unable to establish a connection to Google’s server. Some servers disable the transport that the API uses.

    Do the Widgets on the front page of your Dashboard work correctly? Google Forms uses the same API they use.

    Yes all widgets,are working corretly
