Unable to retrieve colour label

Hello,
I have newly installed the Free YITH woocomerce ajax product filter plugin. I have my colour taxonomy populated with colours, and when I click the ‘colour swatch’ feature in the YITH plugin, the customise terms swatch option does not show up on the UI as mentioned in the documentation (https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-ajax-product-filter/free-settings/color-swatches/)

As a result, the colour swatch does not appear on the website. Is there any reason for this/any suggestions to troubleshoot?
