    No Matter what I do, trying to setup this plugin for a client, I am unable to retrieve a UPS API key. Error message 182280. Any help is appreciated. Note: Already created a UPS Account and added payment method…

    The error code that you provided comes directly from UPS. Therefore, you need to contact UPS directly. In accordance to UPS FAQ it might be caused more than likely because the shipper number (Account Number) from the Shipping API was not added to your customer’s ups.com profile. From what I found, you can do it also manually without calling UPS. Here are instructions – https://www.ups.com/at/en/help-center/sri/apishippingerror.page.

    None of this information works; you gave me a link that refers to UPS in Austria, and doesn’t have a comparable help support for US, and when I follow the UPS directions to call the 1-888 support number, it goes to automated answer with no ability to leave a message. Essentially, I can find no way to use your plugin. I will email UPS, but waiting for an email reply is problematic at best. any other ideas, or other folks out there having the same problem?

    Unfortunately, I do not find similar reports with this error from UPS API. As Karolina mentioned, contacting UPS will be the quickest way to resolve this issue.

    I know that getting through the support line can be difficult, please try submitting your request to this email: [email protected]

    Could you please send the full error message? It will be helpful in analyzing similar reports.
