    unable to resubscribe users. What is user_meta key for check box in database user_meta table ?

    Can directly update usermeta checkbox or any other way to add those users again to mailchimp

    Re-sync is not letting add those users to mailchimp subscribe option or reimport

  • I have the same question. Did you find any solution?
    The “Hidden, unchecked by default” option somehow got selected and many of the recent contacts were not subscribed. MailChimp support told me to get them manually subscribed from the plugin and resync. But I can’t find how.

    Hi @nishantpatel121 if the user status in Mailchimp is?Transactional, then you can check?wp_usermeta?table for meta keymailchimp_woocommerce_is_subscribed?should be equal to?1?and then run full re-sync from the plugin. Doing so will set them to be Subscribed.

    If the user was Unsubscribed or Archived, then the users will be able to resubscribe only with double opt in. they will get an email where they will have to approve the subscription.
