Unable to restrict user access

Hello All,
We installed the latest version of this plugin and trying to do so:
– created a new access level
– from access conditions tab, added a specif doc to this level and set page type to Single page, enabled Auto-select new children of selected items
– from members section selected a specific email address knowing that this user is in administrators group
– in capabilities tab, deny read, read_private_posts, read_private_pages
– in options tab set default access to “All unrestricted content” and for non-membership action set it to redirect to home page.

The result is that user is still able to access this doc.

Would you please help to solve this issue and let me know what is wrong with the configuration set above?
