Unable to restrict access to posts
-
Hello. Thank you so much for creating and maintaining this amazing plugin. It has been so useful so far. I recently came across an issue though.
To provide context, I have two access levels, the Guest Level (not logged-in users) and the Leader Level (logged-in users). Here is a screenshot of the levels:
While I am able to restrict access for any static page to the Leader Level without any trouble, trying to restrict access to posts has been unsuccessful. In other words, after adding “All Posts/Blog Page” to the access conditions on the Leader Level, those who are not logged-in can still access the posts.
Here’s a screenshot of the access condition for the content type:
With the Leader Level, all other restricted content types (including Pages and Special Pages) are connected by “OR” and not “AND”, so they should not affect restriction for the “All Posts/Blog Page” type.
The Guest Level has no access conditions because it is solely used for showing/hiding the login and logout buttons.
I tried deactivating all other plugins to see if there was a conflict, but I had the same result. I also cleared my cache, and made sure that this plugin, the theme, and the WordPress core were all up to date.
Do you have any suggestions for how I could address this, so only those who have the Leader Level can access posts? Thank you so much in advance.
