Hi @jack2020,

There 2 possible reasons.

1. The backup doesn’t exists. Can you check that the backup file exists? You can click the “rescan remote/local storage” to refresh the backup list or check directly from your backup storage if the file you are trying to restore still exists.

2. Plugin/browser extension conflict. Please try using a different browser or use incognito mode and see if that helps resolve the issue.
