Unable to Reset Password

I’m trying to reset a password to an account. I tried to get a new access key for my site https://bnpositive.com but I got a warning message saying there was already a key issued for that domain.

Another message states that the access key is associated with the email address of [email protected], but when I try to use that address to reset the password it gives me a message saying email address unknown.

What can I do next?
