Unable to rescan (front-end issue in WP 3.6)

Running WP 3.6 I try to rescan my theme files. I am prompted to provide user credentials but Connection Information window is covered with dark layer, under Rescanning PHP Source Files window.
It causes that I’m not able to provide FTP credentials.
