It looks like this is an issue with WordPress 3.6. I had an old test installation of 3.5.2 and it worked. Nice plugin! Are there plans to updating it for wp3.6?

Same here – 3.6.1 WP does not work – plans for an update of the plugin? would be awesome!

shultem – double check your consumer key and and consumer secret. Make sure there isn’t an extra space at the beginning or end. If there, delete it. Then try to request and authorize token again.

    space it was
    how embarrassing

thanks for your help – excellent plugin!

Glad I could help. You’re not alone – I did the same thing.:-)
Are you able to get the csl parameter in the shortcode to work? That’s where I’m stuck now. It won’t display the pubs if I include it in the shortcode…

    hi,

no, when adding the cls link i get an error regarding the group id – which is somewhat unrelated ?

Yeah – it sounds like your issue isn’t related. Try retrieving the group/collection codes again (from mendeley settings) and re-typing it into the page calling the shortcode. Then clear your browser cache and reload the page. It may be a pasting issue too, like when you paste the group id in the shortcode, it’s dragging some hidden code with it? You could look at the page/post in “text” mode (vs “visual”) to see if that’s the issue.

I am so frustrated with this csl issue. I’m almost certain it’s a hosting problem but they keep sending me to the developer of the mendeley plugin, who doesn’t seem to be providing support anymore. I need to know what is required to make the plugin work (services) so I can ensure my host has them all available. I’ve got json, oauth, curl all running. Anyone know if there are more?

There are no other requirements – json and oauth are not even required, but only curl is (as it is specified in the readme-document).
